In this episode of Baxinger we discover that Stecken’s true calling is that of a lawyer, and the friction between the 2 groups in Kyolark continues to grow.
Still waiting on a QC report for Layzner 33, the QCer said it should be done today or tomorrow…I hope. Waiting on QC reports for 34 and 35 as well.
Notes for this episode:
Nii Mikki (Carmo Ducks’ second in command) is based off Niimu Nishiki
Rule 3 of the Shinsengumi did indeed forbid raising money for their own wants.
The second half of the episode is also loosely based on this, except with a pro wrestler rather than a sumo wrestler and a bank rather than a silk warehouse.
The Battle of Shell Gate is loosely based off an incident on September 30 (lunar calendar August 18) 1863, where the Choshu clan (Longoo), were forced out of Kyoto (Kyolark) by the proto-Shinsengumi who guarded the gates to the Imperial Palace.
